I’ve seen two people almost die (or at least experience some intense pain) today... and that is just while I was on one phone call. The first person, i’m assuming was in the mind set of ‘I’m in the crosswalk so I have the right of way’. While you may be right to a point that people can;t just run you over,, that doesn’t mean that people are watching for you during a green light. You should probably also hurry your ass out of the way. the second person looked a bit like a squirrel. the were stuck in that concrete strip and couldn’t decide which way to go. Unfortunately they chose to go in front of a car. neither person got hit but damn it was fucking close

Pedestrians are the worst. They cause the most annoying and dangerous traffic disruptions in any crowded area. It’s always the left/right turns that it really screws with. It should be required to run across the street unless you are physically unable. I always run across streets because the less time I am there, the less time I can get ran over.
